SAP MDG Manager 

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Manager to lead the delivery of SAP Master Data Governance programmes for enterprise clients. This role combines client leadership, solution delivery, team management, and business development within large-scale SAP transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MDG strategy, solution design, and programme delivery.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on data governance and SAP transformation.
• Lead project teams, mentor consultants, and ensure successful project execution.
• Drive pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution presentations.
• Support practice growth through capability development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Extensive SAP MDG consulting experience with a proven track record of leading complex implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience managing teams, client stakeholders, and multiple project workstreams.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development experience.
• SAP MDG certification is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English.
