Key Responsibilities

You will manage and grow a portfolio of newly onboarded clients while executing essential sales and marketing strategies:

  • Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Serve as the primary contact for welcoming new accounts and building high-performing pay-per-click ad campaigns.
  • Sales Delivery & Upselling: Maintain a consistent volume of daily outbound calls to pitch features and upgrade services, maximizing account investment.
  • Goal Analysis & Execution: Identify specific client objectives to deliver sustainable, results-oriented campaign strategies optimized for immediate impact.
  • CRM Management: Build, maintain, and systematically update a comprehensive customer relationship management database.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics, providing clients with actionable optimization insights.
  • Funnel Optimization & Creative Support: Advise clients on aligning their ads with broader digital funnels, including landing page design, audience targeting, and creative testing.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather regional feedback and competitor insights to help shape internal marketing strategies and product updates.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Native-level or C1/C2 proficiency in German, paired with professional fluency in English.
  • Operational Execution: Proven ability to work autonomously, manage corporate relationships, and navigate CRM software.
  • Tech Literacy: Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and translating data metrics into tailored client outreach.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Superb written and verbal communication, persuasive presentation skills, sharp business acumen, and a results-oriented mindset.

German Market Expertise

  • Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of German business etiquette, corporate hierarchies, and cultural nuances, including experience handling skeptical buyers and advertising agencies.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ability to identify high-growth German businesses and naturally integrate advertising solutions into their current marketing frameworks.
