MACHINE OPERATOR – INJECTION MOLDING
A family-owned company, Dynomax, Inc. designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our 2nd Shift Molding team. There is a 10% Premium for 2nd Shift positions
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, inspecting & trimming parts, and insert molding.
Machine Operator Job Responsibilities Include:
- Run injection molding and insert molding machines
- Document production data and quality issues
- Inspect parts under a microscope
- Remove flash (excess material) from molded parts with hand tools or by running cryogenic cell
Machine Operator Job Requirements Include:
- Manufacturing experience
- Proficient in counting, adding and subtracting numbers
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to inspect parts under a microscope
- Ability to stand at the machine for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate effectively & understand directions given in the English language
