Description
We are looking for seasonal Car Wash Attendants who take pride in their work and drive customer satisfaction. As a seasonal Car Wash Attendant, you will be helping prepare vehicles to be ready for customer rentals. This role focuses on efficient vehicle cleaning, basic vehicle readiness checks, and preparing cars for customer rentals. - Prepare vehicles to be ready for rent and customer pick up
- Conduct vehicle service and maintenance checks to ensure customer satisfaction
- Committed to Hertz Gold Clean Standard with each vehicle
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Ensure fuel and all fluids meet all standards
- Transport vehicles throughout lot
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Be at least 20 years of age
- High School diploma or general equivalency diploma required
What You’ll Get:
- Hourly Rate is $18.50.
- Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime).
- Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
- Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours.
- Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays).
- Profit Sharing: Eligible.
