Description of Work
This position provides administrative office support for the Division of Environmental and Customer Assistance. The position is responsible for providing administrative functions including but not limited to data entry, processing mail, updating permit information, uploading documents, cash management, inventory control, and fixed asset management.Key Responsibilities:
Provide extensive operational, logistical, and administrative support to the Regional Office.
Ensure timely and detailed processing of normal and expedited outgoing and incoming mail.
Responsible for data entry, scanning, and uploading permit information and documents.
Assist with calendars, tracking spreadsheets, special projects, and other assignments.
Possess knowledge of program policies and procedural aspects of the program to serve as administrative backup, front desk/phone duty, and receiving mail/checks, as assigned.
Serve in lead capacity over the assigned regional office in the absence of the office manager.

Recruitment Range: $31,200.00 - $43,009.00
