Service Description
1. Lead cloud infrastructure operations and large-scale server fleet management activities across cloud environments.
2. Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on scalability, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
3. Lead troubleshooting efforts for large-scale infrastructure incidents, cloud operational issues, and service-impacting events.
4. Collaborate with cloud providers and cross-functional engineering teams to resolve operational challenges and improve infrastructure reliability.
5. Manage and optimize operational data platforms, infrastructure tracking systems, and reporting mechanisms.
6. Design, improve, and standardize automation workflows, operational tooling, and provisioning pipelines using scripting or infrastructure automation frameworks.
7. Drive operational process standardization, documentation quality, workflow optimization, and service improvement initiatives.
8. Mentor engineers, delegate operational tasks, and support technical growth across the team.
9. Drive knowledge-sharing programs and ensure operational cross-training within the organization.
10.Monitor operational workloads, on-call activities, escalation handling, and incident resolution efficiency.
11.Review operational reports, track infrastructure performance metrics, and identify operational bottlenecks or risks.
12.Host operational meetings, conduct 1-on-1 discussions, and provide leadership updates or operational summaries.
13.Review operational scheduling, workload planning, and resource coordination activities.
14.Support cloud vendor governance and operational relationship management.
15.Lead other cloud infrastructure operational management initiatives as required.
Service Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure operations, server operations, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
3. Strong leadership, ownership, and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure operational environments.
4. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in English; Mandarin is preferred.
5. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure operations, server lifecycle management, and large-scale operational ecosystems.
6. Experience working with public cloud platforms such as Oracle, Amazon Web Services, Google, or Microsoft.
7. Strong experience with automated provisioning technologies, bare metal lifecycle management, and infrastructure deployment pipelines.
8. Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Shell, Python, or infrastructure APIs.
9. Familiarity with automation and infrastructure management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, or cloud SDKs.
10.Strong Linux troubleshooting and infrastructure diagnostic capabilities.
11.Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, DNS, IPv6, routing, and cloud networking architectures.
12.Experience with infrastructure monitoring, incident management, operational governance, and service reliability initiatives.
13.Strong documentation, workflow standardization, and operational process management capabilities.
14.Experience supporting GPU infrastructure, large-scale AI clusters, firmware lifecycle management, or RDMA networking is highly preferred.
15.Experience leading cloud operational programs, vendor management, or infrastructure transformation initiatives is preferred.
