What You'll Do
- Pick, pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Utilize pallet jacks, hand trucks/dollies, and other material handling equipment to transport products safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders and maintain inventory accuracy
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect products, and verify quantities
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
- Load customer vehicles and delivery trucks while ensuring orders are complete and secure
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse best practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience
- At least 6 months of recent forklift operating experience
- Experience picking, pulling, and staging customer orders
- Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment
- Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock organization
- Experience safely operating pallet jacks, hand trucks/dollies, and other material handling equipment
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in wholesale distribution, plumbing, HVAC, construction materials, or industrial supply
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
