MercyOne Iowa Heart is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to join its thriving practice in Des Moines, IA. As part of Iowa’s leading community-based Cardiovascular Program, you'll provide advanced vascular care in a program recognized as a regional leader in quality outcomes, with results validated by the VQI/SVS National Registry.
Opportunity Highlights
· Join a team of 7 Physicians and 7 APPs
· Average clinic volume of 12-14 patients per day
· Equitable PV call
· 2 clinic days and 3 procedure days
· Procedural case mix consisting of all aspects of Vascular Surgical Care including open and endovascular procedures
· Surgery Residency teaching opportunity
· Shared outreach opportunities 2 day/month
· Clinical Trials participation

· Initial income guarantee of $575,715
· $150,000 recruitment incentive
· Paid malpractice with tail coverage
