Roseville Commons Senior Living is looking for a Resident Relations Consultant to join our team. This position is part time. Scheduled hours are Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Summary:

Assists Community Administrator with the day-to-day operations at the property. The Resident Relations Consultant serves as the first point of contact for all Residents and prospective residents and their families.

Job Duties:

• First point of contact for residents and families of residents, prospective residents, vendors and deliveries.
• Answers all incoming phone calls to the community.
• Assists the Community Administrator with the distribution of community notices and legal notices.
• Works closely with the maintenance team to ensure resident work orders are entered and completed.
• Assists with inquiries from prospective residents about leases and application requirements.
• Works closely with the Certified Occupancy Specialist in the leasing of the community and managing of waitlist.
• Performs leasing functions such as fielding phone and email inquiries.
• Participates in ensuring common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Documents thoroughly and communicates effectively with the Community Administrator regarding incidents involving residents or building security.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience
• 1-2 years' experience with Seniors, preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand; and use hands to handle/lift objects. The employee occasionally must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds. Additionally, the employee, on occasion, must crouch, kneel, or climb stairs.

Most work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. This position requires substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Must have the ability to walk short distances.
