Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity.
Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP.
Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and any other related course
3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
Experience with supplier management and vendor negotiations.
Knowledge of procurement procedures and purchasing best practices.
Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP ERP.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Decision-making and relationship management.
