Final Inspector / In-Process Dimensional Inspector (Aerospace)Location: North Phoenix - 2688 E Rose Garden Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85050Shift Options: Day shift or Night Shift (20% differential pay)Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.Responsibilities:Dimensional Inspection: Measure precision aerospace parts using manual gages.Blueprints & GD&T: Interpret complex engineering drawings and geometric symbols.In-Process Audits: Check parts during production to catch defects early.Final Inspection: Conduct ultimate quality checks prior to customer shipment.Documentation: Record inspection results, fill out logs, and sign off certifications.Non-Conformance Routing: Isolate, tag, and document defective parts (NCRs).Equipment Care: Verify tool calibration and clean measurement instruments daily.Requirements:Minimum 3 years Aerospace Final Inspector / In-Process Dimensional Inspector experience CMM experience desired, but not requiredExperience with dial bore gages, Mueller gages, indicator mics, Sunnen gages etc. Must be very knowledgeable of GD&TExperience in fast Paced Environment Self-starter and team orientedPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and sit or stand up to 8 hours per dayDue to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.Team oriented company with top paying wages and benefits in the valley in regards to the Aerospace Industry.
