Description
We are looking for an AI Process Engineer to join our Engineering Excellence team at GN (Jabra), you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will bring AI into the processes a software organization runs on, taking real work out of the loops so engineers spend their time where it counts.
You will work on the processes a software organization runs on, such as compliance checks, planning and budgeting, reporting, and process documentation. The pattern is the same each time: understand how the process actually runs, build the AI-augmented version, validate it with the people who run it, ship it, and keep it running.
The Team you will be part of:
You will join Engineering Excellence in Ballerup, the team that drives how GN’s software organization delivers, from engineering standards to AI-augmented delivery. You will report to the Head of Engineering Excellence and set the automation roadmap together in weekly direction-setting. You will work with engineers, project managers, and leaders across R&D. The people who run each process stay its owners; your automations are the service they rely on.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Drive the automation roadmap in close partnership with the Head of Engineering Excellence
Map how a process runs today by sitting with the people who run it
Build AI-augmented versions of these processes using modern LLMs: prompts, tool use, RAG, and agents
Validate with real users, ship, and operate what you shipped until it is somebody’s normal way of working
Measure every automation against its pre-automation baseline and show the gain
Move data across JSON, CSV, documents, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Graph
Drive each project end to end, from proof of concept to a tool in routine use
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:
Bring some experience building and shipping software
Bring software engineering judgment and know good code from bad; the concepts matter more than any specific language
Build with modern LLMs and are comfortable with prompts, tool use, RAG, and agents
Know the data analysis paradigm and techniques: exploring a dataset, basic statistics, picking the right metric
Have worked inside an engineering organization and know what epics, code reviews, and compliance gates look like
Have a light UX sense and ship things people actually use
Are curious about the process before the tech
Are comfortable with ambiguity, make calls, and iterate
Communicate clearly in English and enjoy working in a global organization
At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible. We trust our people to carry out their tasks, to know when in-person collaboration creates the most value, and to be present when it matters most.
We encourage you to apply
Even if you do not match every qualification, we welcome your application if you believe you bring relevant transferable skills. We value mindset and motivation alongside experience, and we are committed to supporting your growth as well as that of your team and the wider GN organization.
We are focused on an inclusive recruitment process
All applicants will receive equal consideration for employment. We encourage you to submit your CV without a photo to support an equal application process.
