最先端のDRAM開発業務における電気特性測定エンジニアとして、新規電気特性測定装置の設定や既存の測定装置の設定変更、電気特性評価工程の準備、新しい製品の測定プログラムの準備を担当していただきます。
Responsibilities and Tasks
- 電気特性評価工程の準備
- 新しい製品の測定プログラム準備
- 電気特性測定
- 測定装置の関係者に連絡して修理やアップデートの依頼
- 新規装置のソフトウェハの設定
- 装置保守対応
- AIツールを活用した解析
Preferred Qualifications / Requirements
- 電気特性評価工程について理解している
- プログラミングとlinuxについてある程度理解している
- 電気特性評価装置のマニュアルを理解できる
- 電気特性評価装置の関係者と良い協力関係を構築できる
- 前向きに自ら提案ができて、率先して仕事に取り組める
- 経験のない仕事について、情報を収集しながら取り組み、仕事の幅を広げることができる
- AI活用による改善を発見・検証・共有し、継続的改善に貢献できる
- 調査・分析・資料作成・課題解決・業務遂行にAIツールを活用できる
