Position Summary You will be a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals in your territory. You will build strong, evidence-based relationships and use insight to grow access and appropriate use of our medicines. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists and key decision makers through regular field engagement. - Use scientific knowledge and local treatment guidelines to provide relevant, patient-focused recommendations. - Develop and execute territory plans using data and customer insights to prioritise opportunities. - Deliver sales and service objectives while tracking performance and adjusting plans as needed. - Collaborate with medical, marketing, access and supply teams to ensure excellent customer experience. - Manage administrative tasks including accurate reporting, compliance with company standards, and responsible use of budget and samples. Responsibilities and outcomes you will be measured on - Achievement of territory targets and agreed activity metrics. - Quality of customer engagement and scientific credibility. - Effective use of territory insights to shape local plans. - Timely and accurate reporting and adherence to compliance requirements. - Contribution to team goals and cross-functional initiatives. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field. - At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare field sales, or equivalent customer-facing healthcare experience. - Strong communication skills in English and Filipino; clear, factual, patient-focused discussions. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory. - Proficiency in basic digital tools and CRM systems for reporting and planning. -Commitment to follow laws, codes of conduct, and company policies in all interactions. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience working in the Philippines healthcare market or familiarity with local healthcare systems. - Previous exposure to multi-channel engagement or digital customer interactions. - Experience using analytics or business intelligence tools to generate territory insights. - Comfort discussing clinical evidence and local treatment pathways with healthcare professionals. - Strong planning, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands. - A growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning. Work type - This role is on-site and field-based in the Philippines. Expect regular travel across your assigned territory with office and remote reporting as required.
