Functional (job responsibilities)

• Support the team by providing administration duties such as:
  • Ensuring account opening forms are in order, initiate and/or follow up on account opening documents and/or any other documents relating to PB transactions as well as interface with clients to ensure completeness of documentation;
  • Ensuring efficient & prompt management of orders, execution of transactions (eg equity, FX, bonds, investment products)
  • To be proactive in liaising and following up with the various departments to ensure the work is done promptly
• Provide necessary information to:
  • RMs and Product Specialists to ensure transactions for clients are carried out properly; and
  • RMs so that they have sufficient information to manage relationships effectively.

• Ensure that all legal & compliance guidelines are adhered to, working with back office to minimize operational errors.  Work with manager to ensure the team complies with Bank and regulatory requirements.
