Objective of the position:
Drive digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives through data analytics, process automation, business intelligence solutions, and application development. The position is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, automating manual processes, generating strategic insights, and developing digital tools that support commercial and operational decision-making across Daimler Truck México.
Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
Experience 1-3 years and level intermediate- Advance in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Powe BI
- Data Modeling
- Python
- SQL Server
- Experience in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing business processes, implementing controls and solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills for data management and decision-making, with a strategic mindset, effective negotiation abilities, and the capability to collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Main Functions:
- Develop, maintain and optimize business intelligence solutions, dashboards, reports and KPI monitoring tools using Excel, Power BI and data analysis methodologies.
- Design and implement process automation solutions through Power Automate, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 ecosystem to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual activities.
- Analyze sales, customer and business performance information to provide recommendations supporting strategic decision-making
- Manage and maintain databases, data quality controls and information governance processes.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities and implement digital solutions.
- Document processes, generate technical documentation and provide user support and training for implemented solutions..
