Responsibilities / Tasks
This role is responsible for driving profitable NPE service growth in Singapore by developing strong customer relationships, executing service sales strategies, and proactively promoting GEA service solutions across the installed base.
Job Description
- Drive and grow NPE service revenue and margin in Singapore in a consistent and sustainable manner.
- Deliver service sales KPIs including order intake, gross margin, digital products and individual performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in Singapore.
- Develop and execute Key Account Management strategies for major and long-term customers, including stakeholder mapping, OPEX planning, and maintenance strategy alignment.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.
- Actively promote the full range of GEA service offerings, including first service offers, spare parts packages, service agreements, audits, training, service digital products, and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of CRM pipelines, business plans, and sales forecasts.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within service sales team
- Collaborate closely with service support and field service teams, as well as project execution team in Singapore
- Attend customer sites as required to support field service activities, with remote guidance from specialists when needed.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Professional Requirements
- Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the service business. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for senior role.
- Technical sales experience in process engineering systems (e.g. spray drying, powder handling, packing, liquid processing) within the food and dairy industry is an advantage.
- Proven B2B service sales experience for complex processing lines, including costing, commercial negotiations, and frontline sales execution.
- Experience in Key Account Management or similar roles is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM and SAP systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
