- Monday-Friday Schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Requirements
What You'll Do
- Enter new and used vehicle inventory into dealership systems
- Maintain accurate vehicle accounting schedules
- Process and verify vehicle records and documentation
- Assist with title, tag, and inventory administration
- Ensure data accuracy across accounting and inventory systems
- Work closely with accounting, sales, and management teams
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with CDK preferred
- Title and registration experience is a plus
