About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

About the role

Our Concierge team is dedicated to respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

What you will do

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves guests complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices. 
• Processes packages, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.
• Knows what activities are available in the island and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.

What you bring

• Previous experience in a luxury environment and concierge/ front desk position.
• Organization skills, operation knowledge and effective communication
• Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. 
• Fluency in English; Greek is an advantage.
