Description
Position Summary
Responsible for full stack development and platform engineering of enterprise level large language mod-els and AI applications, covering front end and back end development as well as database design and optimization. Led the end to end implementation of AI infrastructure and large model applications, in-cluding model solution design, prompt optimization, knowledge base and RAG system construction and orchestration, and development of AI Agents/MCP Servers. Conducted secondary development and inte-gration of low code platforms such as Dify, N8N, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft Agent Framework to build automated workflows.
Main Tasks
1. Responsible for full stack development of large model applications, including front end interfaces, back end services, and database design and optimization.
2. Responsible for building the company’s AI infrastructure platform and delivering the end to end development lifecycle of large model applications, including but not limited to: model solution de-sign, prompt engineering, knowledge base construction, model orchestration, RAG strategy optimi-zation, and AI Agent/MCP Server development.
3. Responsible for secondary development and integration of low code AI platforms such as Dify, N8N, and Copilot Studio, building flexible AI Agents/Workflows to meet automation needs across business scenarios; responsible for daily development and maintenance of the company’s AI IaaS/SaaS/PaaS platforms.
4. Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI Agent applications based on the Mi-crosoft Agent Framework, supporting integration and development with low code AI platforms.
5. Responsible for designing and building foundational AI tools, including but not limited to: con-structing business knowledge bases on Azure Foundry, developing MCP Servers, implementing RAG systems, completing data vectorization and retrieval strategy optimization, and enabling interac-tions between large models and external tools/systems to enhance AI application delivery.
6. Explore cutting edge technologies and support business adoption, promoting the integration of large models with industry specific scenarios.
7. Participate in AI application performance optimization and troubleshooting to ensure system stabil-ity and user experience; provide AI related skill training to internal and external users.
8. Stay up to date with frontier AI technologies (e.g., multi agent collaboration, AGI, model fi-ne tuning) and apply them to real business scenarios.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
1. Over 5 years of software development and 1–3 years of AI application development experience.
2. Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language such as .NET Core or Python, with solid coding skills and strong engineering mindset.
3. Strong communication and collaboration abilities; capable of independently owning module development as well as working with teams to deliver complex projects.
4. Familiar with the Microsoft technology stack; knowledgeable about the Microsoft Agent Framework and its ecosystem, with an understanding of Semantic Kernel and AutoGen con-cepts such as memory management, prompt engineering, and multi agent collaboration mechanisms.
5. Familiar with RAG technologies, including data vectorization, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
6. Proficient in Function Calling / MCP (Model Context Protocol), able to integrate large models with external APIs, databases, and tools, with hands on implementation experience.
7. Experienced with Dify, N8N, and Microsoft Copilot Studio for usage and secondary development; ca-pable of building AI workflows and understanding core logic of low code AI platforms.
8. Familiar with Azure AI Search, with experience in building enterprise knowledge bases, implementing AI retrieval, and developing MCP servers for integrating large models with external tools or systems.
9. Experienced in designing AI Agents, including defining agent roles and planning collaboration work-flows based on business scenarios to solve real business problems.
