The Solutions Architect plays a critical role within the FireMon Customer Experience team, helping to assess business opportunities and shape strategies to address technical challenges. This role collaborates closely with security architects, infrastructure specialists, and engineering teams within customer organizations to design impactful, results-driven solutions. You will support both Pre-Sale (Buyer’s Journey) and Post-Sale (Customer Journey) phases. Your technical expertise, strategic insights, and in-depth product knowledge will empower customers to make informed decisions and achieve success in their projects.
