Location: Throckmorton, WorcestershireHours: Monday to Friday – 10 Hour DaysDuration: 4-Week Contract (Potential for Long-Term Work)Overtime: Weekend Overtime AvailableStart: ImmediateWe are currently recruiting 8 experienced Pipefitters for an immediate start in Throckmorton, working on the manufacture and installation of modular build plant rooms for major commercial and data centre projects.This is initially a 4-week contract, with the potential to be extended or lead to longer-term work for the right candidates as the project progresses.Duties:Installation of carbon steel, stainless steel and copper pipework.Threaded, grooved, press-fit and screwed pipe installations.Reading and working from isometric drawings and technical specifications.Installing valves, pumps, flanges and associated mechanical equipment.Measuring, cutting, assembling and installing pipework to a high standard.Pressure testing and ensuring all installations meet quality standards.Working as part of a team on the assembly of prefabricated modular plant rooms.Requirements:CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred).NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Pipefitting or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).Previous experience in industrial pipefitting.Experience working on modular build plant rooms, HVAC systems or mechanical installations is advantageous.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
