As s Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out.
• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries.
• Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support
• Managing multiple or single products/services.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or relevant experience.
• Have 5 + years’ experience working in Oil and Gas Industry especially in Wellbore Constructions (Liner hanger and Completion)
• Have demonstrated relevant experience in service delivery or coordination in Wellbore Constructions Operations.
• Have thorough technical knowledge in liner hanger, cased hole completion or completion techniques in drilling/work over rig operations (offshore and onshore environment).
• Have good understanding on tool mechanics, hydraulics, tubemove & torque & drag.
• Have experience in resource allocation and management.
• Be creative and have problem solving attitude.
