Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified Nurse to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medication, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with daily living activities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor and record patient progress, and make necessary adjustments to care plans
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse license in South Africa
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in medical record keeping and documentation
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
