IT Help Desk Technician

Responsibilities
- Serves as an initial point of contact for troubleshooting IT related problems including hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
- Manage and update tickets
- Escalate issues/tickets to upper level Help Desk
- Provide support in person, over the phone, and using remote control helpdesk software.
- Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot PC's.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years' of help desk experience.
- Windows 11
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong Hardware Skills (PC, Notebook, mobile devices)
- Windows Network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and crawl under desks if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation
- Some seasonal local and over night travel may be required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- iOS and Android knowledge
- A+ and or Network+ Certification
