As a 340B Program Coordinator, you will help promote compliance with HRSA regulations and organizational policies while supporting operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and patient access to affordable medications. 


Your work will directly support improved patient outcomes, better access to care, and the overall health and stability of the communities we serve. 


What You’ll Do 

In this role, you will: 

  • Coordinate daily administration of the 340B Program.
  • Maintain HRSA OPAIS registrations, recertifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate implementation of new eligible providers, sites, and pharmacy services.
  • Maintain documentation supporting covered entity eligibility and program participation.
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting program operations and communicate updates to leadership.
  • Support the organization's 340B Oversight Committee through meeting coordination, reporting, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

Qualifications 

  • Three (3) years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, compliance, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and maintaining compliance.
  • Experience analyzing data and preparing operational reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
