Description
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to Director to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient functioning of the assigned department and supporting leadership in achieving organizational objectives.
As an Executive Assistant to Director, you may be assigned to various business units across the organization, including Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Technology, and other corporate functions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-level administrative and confidential support to Directors and senior management.
- Managing complex calendars, schedules, and meeting arrangements, ensuring effective prioritization of commitments.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, visa processing, accommodation bookings, and expense management.
- Drafting, reviewing, editing, and managing sensitive and confidential correspondence and documentation.
- Preparing and consolidating reports, presentations, statistical data, and management information for business use.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording action items, and following up on deliverables as required.
- Supporting office administration activities and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the assigned department.
- Performing additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support business requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of five (5) years of continuous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar senior support role.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and leadership teams.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong discretion and the ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- The ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
