- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous workers’ compensation law firm experience required.
- Prior supervisory, team leadership, training, or mentoring experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of Case Managers and Legal Assistants.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance discussions, and development planning for team members.
- Train new team members and maintain department training materials and procedures.
Quality & Process Management
- Review case files and case management activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to firm standards.
- Identify workflow challenges, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and case outcomes.
- Develop and maintain department procedures, best practices, and process documentation.
Client Service & Operations
- Serve as a resource and escalation point for complex case management and client service issues.
- Monitor team productivity, caseload distribution, and service levels to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Track department metrics and recommend improvements to enhance performance and the client experience.
- Collaborate with attorneys, management, and other departments to support efficient case handling and operational success.
