The General Manager of these new Concert Venue will lead the creation and growth of an innovative concert venue company from the ground up. This is an opportunity for a strategic leader with a passion for the buissness and people, capable of driving both business development and operational excellence from the earliest stages of planning through long-term success.
In this role, you will spearhead the entire organizational strategy, including building the business infrastructure, recruiting top talent, and cultivating high-level partnerships. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of company goals, focusing on establishing a premier entertainment brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to grow and establish the company as a leader in the industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients, proactively identifying and addressing their needs to provide seamless experiences.
- Serve as the primary mediator and problem solver for client issues, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee both strategic and operational planning, ensuring alignment between the physical development of the venue and the company’s business goals.
- Drive the company’s long-term growth and profitability through innovative strategies that set it apart in a competitive market.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business development and management in the entertainment business
- Experience in CEO roles leading the operations of concert, hotel or other large facilities
- Deep understanding of operational efficiency, with experience in managing bookings, scheduling, and logistics at a high level.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
