- Responsible about Occupational Health, Safety management for the site to comply legal requirement and company policies/standards/guidelines.
- Being responsible for maintaining site auditing, periodical communication, training, incident investigation when needed.
- Provide the Safety/OH related professional comments for helping site leadership team to make decision.
- Support Process Safety Management activities at the site as needed.
- Support site central safety committee’s program / activity to meet local and company requirements.
- Lead site new chemical review, regulation review, toxic chemical substance management and participate in the networks / meetings / emergency response and external inspection for the site.
- Lead and coordinate site working environmental monitoring, OH program / hazards communication
- Build up safety and health management policy and working role
- Assist ISO 45001 related certification work
- Identification, assessment and control of the work environment or operational hazards
- Safety and Health Management Records and Performance Evaluation
- Involve for company EHS and cross site activities to deliver / learn best practice for maintain EHS culture
Qualifications
- Occupational Safety and Health Technician licenses (職業安全衛生管理員)
- Occupational Safety Specialist or Health Specialist (職業安全管理師 或 職業衛生管理師)
- ISO-45001 internal auditor certified (leader auditor will be plus)
- Proficient in local safety management, workplace safety regulation
- Able to work under intense pressure in a fast paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Proactive, committed and result oriented team player.
- Analyzes potential solutions to problems (with or without vague/unstructured aspects) using experience, judgment and precedents.
- Work requires judgment and consideration of future implications beyond the immediate problem.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
