Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for quality control and supervision in the warehouse, participate in the implementation of the responsibilities and authorities of relevant departments and personnel in terms of quality, especially the quality control of food warehouses.
2. Establish a quality system and a food safety management system, promote continuous improvement of the system to ensure compliance with national regulations and industry standards.
3. Provide training and publicity on the enterprise's quality system and food safety management system.
4. Update and improve quality system and food safety management-related documents.
5. Assist in the preparation for internal audits and external audits to ensure the system operates in compliance; conduct training on quality operation requirements for relevant personnel.
6. Regularly inspect or review the current operation status of the company's quality system and food safety management system, audit the differences between actual implementation and standard requirements, and implement improvement suggestions and requirements.
7. Regularly conduct risk assessments and analyses, and ensure the sustainable development of quality and food safety in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Familiar with total quality management and have over 3 years of experience in quality management-related work;
3. Familiar with international certification systems such as ISO9001, ISO22000, BRC, HACCP, NSF, and FSSC22000;
4. Good logical thinking and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
5. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred;
6. Experience in warehouse management is preferred.
