Job Description:

MBAs typically enter Strategy& as Senior Associates. Senior Associates work with clients through all stages of consulting projects: identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses for those issues, structuring and performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options against the identified issues, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and developing plans to operationalize the agreed strategy.  As a Senior Associate you are end-to-end responsible for a work stream within the project, working with both Strategy& and client team members. You regularly manage a team of consultants and you will work across a variety of industries. (International) travel can be part of the job as you will often work at the client site.

A mix of achievements, capabilities and skills are required for successful full-time Senior Associate candidates:

• In possession of an MBA degree, showing strong past academic achievements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry or functional work experience showing progress/promotion and academic achievement 

• Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Strategy or strategic planning

  • Strategic project leadership

  • Organizational restructuring/transformation

  • Finance or business operations

  • Business development, marketing, or sales

• Powerful intellect – including strong analytical, verbal and written skills

• Profound demonstration of leadership, team orientation, and initiative

• Strong motivation and enthusiasm

• Professional integrity and cultural sensitivity

• Curiosity and creativity 

• IQ/EQ balance and relationship skills that enable effectiveness with clients and growth into senior roles

Specific Language requirements:

Portuguese is a must for the Brazil office 

French is a must for the France office 

German (C2) is a must for the GSA office 

Italian is a must for the Italy office

Japanese (fluent) is a must for the Japan office 

Dutch (business level) is preferred for the Netherlands office 

Spanish is must for the Spain office 

Visa requirements:

Japan, Netherlands and Middle East offices will sponsor visas whereas Brazil, France, Italy, Spain, GSA and United States won’t.

Strategy& Interview Process

When you successfully submit your application and get selected for interviews by Strategy&, the process will be as per the below:

• First round which consists of two interviews will be held in the week of September 28, 2026

• Interviews are 45 minutes case/behavioral based

• You will receive feedback by October 6, 2026

• If successful, you will be invited for an additional round of interviews

• If invited for interviews by two offices of your preference, please ensure you communicate your highest preferred location to your interviewers as you will be eligible to interview with only one of the offices for your final round
