Pay & Perks
- Guaranteed minimum weekly pay: $1,440
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Home every week — no scheduled weekends

The Equipment
- Freightliner trucks
- Automatic transmission
- Day cab and box trucks
- Liftgates, electric pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, and dollies
The Route
- Delivery area includes Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Iowa
- Approximately 1,200 miles per week
- Average 10–16 stops per route
- Typical start time: 6:00 AM
- 1 overnight route per week
- Typical workday: 10–12 hours
- Mix of metropolitan and rural driving
The Job
- Drive a tractor-trailer on assigned regional routes
- Deliver pet food and supplies to independent pet retailers
- Unload product using pallet and hand jacks
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Provide dependable, professional customer service
This is a hands-on delivery position. Drivers should be comfortable unloading product, getting in and out of the truck throughout the day, and working independently.
What you bring
- CDL Class A license + valid DOT Medical Certificate
- 1+ year of CDL driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and repeatedly get in and out of the truck
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to pass a physical, drug test, background check, and MVR review
