?? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (CREATING WOW MOMENTS!)

As our Front Counter Assistant, you are the crucial link between our customers, Service Advisors, and technicians. You’ll keep the energy high and the shop flowing seamlessly:

• ? Be the Ultimate Host: Roll out the red carpet for every client. Keep our front office sparkling clean, welcoming, and stocked with awesome snacks and drinks!

• ? Deliver 5-Star Service: Support our Service Advisors by answering phones with a smile, booking appointments, replying to texts/emails, and following up with clients to ensure total satisfaction.

• ?? Be a Parts Pro: Order, check-in, and stage parts in designated bins so our master technicians never miss a beat. You'll handle receiving, managing cores, and prepping daily fluids.

• ?? Master 'The Walker Way': Track repair orders, keep detailed system notes, update clients on vehicle status, and jump in to help wherever needed—from shuttling a client home to hunting down a specialty part.

?? WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Customer-First Spirit: 1+ years in sales, customer service, or automotive parts with a proven passion for connecting with people.

• Master Multi-Tasker: Top-tier organizational skills to handle the hustle and bustle of a fast-paced, distraction-filled shop without breaking a sweat!

• Stellar Communicator: Exceptional phone voice, fluent written/spoken English, and strong negotiation skills when dealing with vendors.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Windows PCs, typing 30+ WPM, email/office software, and learning shop management tech (bonus points for Tekmetric experience!).

• On the Move: Ability to get in/out of various vehicles, lift parts, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record to drive our shuttle.
