Description
We are seeking Quality Control Analyst to join IQVIA Laboratories at Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Job Summary:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform quality control reviews of laboratory specifications and related study documentation including LSDs, lab events, testing requirements, blood volume charts, toxicity charts, blinding charts, sponsor standards, and ICS documents
- Review project databases against laboratory specification documents to verify accuracy, completeness, and protocol alignment
- Collaborate with Set-up Managers, Set-up Specialists, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality findings and support study deliverables
- Monitor and facilitate QC timelines to ensure client expectations and standard turnaround times are achieved
- Analyze quality trends and contribute to training initiatives, process improvements, and quality metrics reporting
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure activities are performed in accordance with ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice
- Support the training, mentoring, and development of junior staff and QC team members
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Science-related field
- 5 years of clinical or research industry experience; 3 year’s Set-up related and/or Project Management experience or Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, IQVIA systems, and ELVIS
- Experience reviewing project databases, laboratory specifications, and study set-up documentation within a regulated environment
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

- Understanding of medical and clinical research terminology and knowledge of Set-up Management processes
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, managers, and colleagues
- Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail for document control and quality metrics management
- Ability to collaborate globally and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
