Overview
The Business Analyst, Stores Wages is a key member of our EU Finance team, working in partnership with the Customer Experience, HR & Sales teams to provide data insights to support business decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing staffing costs through the analysis of store wages and primary KPIs, distilling this analysis on a weekly and monthly basis to provide recommendations for management. In addition, you will have the opportunity to support cost optimization projects, collaborating with District Managers and broader CX team across a variety of EU countries.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and share daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports on Operations & Wages
- Support cost optimization projects, liaise with local District Managers and CX team
- Monitor and control hours and KPIs for defined countries in Europe
- Identify wage/ cost opportunities and recommend/ contribute/ lead (process) change that leads to better business results
- Data and system management to ensure accurate KPI measurement and reporting. Lead reporting process in our reporting tools (PowerBI/ Excel)
- Contribute other various other projects as assigned
- Assist the Manager Wage Analysis with Wage hours forecasting and actual reviews during month-end cycles – linking the business reality to the financial results of the company
- Assist Sr. Manager Wages with several financial processes around Store Wages
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in financial or business analysis
- Experience in Work Force Management (WFM), Labor Cost Analysis (Production, Retail, Logistics) will be an advantage
- Experience in an international environment, complex cost structure and/or accounting will be a plus
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Advanced level Excel skills required; an Excel test is part of the recruitment process
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to quickly understand and improve complex data, reports, and processes
- Ability to recognize and address opportunities in the status quo
- Ability to plan and execute projects while meeting key milestone
