Now Hiring - Service Bdc Rep/Appointment Coordinator

• Pay: $19.00 per hour plus performance-based bonuses

• Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, rotating Saturdays.

What You'll Do

• Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads

• Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions

• Set appointments for service department and follow up to confirm

• Ensure a positive customer experience

• Introduce customers to service team

• Enter customer information into CRM

• Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.

What You'll Bring

• Automotive Service BDC is required

• Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service

• Outstanding follow-up skills

• Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls

• Strong communication skills –both verbal and written

• Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency

• Highly organized with attention to detail

Total Rewards

The hourly wage for this position is $19.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
