Within AP, the role is the primary owner for recruiting, onboarding, development, rotation planning, workforce planning, participant experience, leadership development, and talent pipeline management activities that build Qnity's future leadership and technical talent.
In addition to regional delivery, the role owns global governance for Early Career Talent Development and retains full administration of the program's global governance, tools, and Steering Committee (SteerCo) – setting and maintaining the standards, cadence, data, and reporting that keep the program consistent across all regions.
Within AP, this position partners closely with business and integrated-operations leaders, Talent Acquisition, HR, rotational program stakeholders, universities, conference partners, hiring managers, and program participants to attract, develop, and retain high-potential early-career talent across the region. Globally, it partners with regional counterparts and senior leaders to steward enterprise-wide Early Career governance, tools, and the Steering Committee (SteerCo).
