- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate clear communication channels between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Continuously evaluate project progress and implement improvements to meet delivery goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong knowledge of automation workflows and process optimization techniques.
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable robotic process automation solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of robotic process automation tools with enterprise systems.
- Skilled in scripting and debugging within robotic process automation environments.
