What You'll Do:

• Manage and maintain resident medical records and health information systems
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of health information
• Support compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality resident care
• Assist with audits, record requests, and regulatory documentation requirements
• Promote the mission, values, and person-centered care philosophy of Lutheran Life Communities

What You'll Need:

• Long-term care experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Experience managing medical records and health information systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
