About Maddox + You

We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking manager for our Special Projects Team, the project management arm of our Customer Experience department. You will be managing a small, dedicated team of project managers and support staff who are servicing our most critical customers and their projects. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operational performance of the special projects team and for driving customer loyalty by delivering a seamless customer experience. 

More About You: 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing leadership and management to the Special Projects team. 
  • Facilitating routine team meetings to review progress and diagnose issues. 
  • Participating in onboarding calls and quarterly business reviews with high-profile customers. 
  • Developing and maintaining new tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. 
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service leadership to diagnose and resolve issues and escalations. 
  • Attend occasional trade shows and customer visits to network and interface with key customers. 
  • Perform various administrative tasks and responsibilities (e.g., approving PTO, performance reviews, etc.). 

Experience and Requirements

  • Experience leading a team in an elevated position. 
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Project management certification or industry-recognized equivalent. 
  • Ability to think proactively to drive growth and process improvements.
  • Able to effectively coordinate with other teams and third parties to reach common objectives.
  • Occasional travel for trade shows and customer visits.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range = (wages + bonus)
