PIB Employee Benefits | Part of PIB Group
The Role – Delivery Specialist
At PIB Employee Benefits, we’re reshaping how organisations care for their people - combining expert advice, market‑leading benefits and a genuinely human approach to help colleagues thrive.
We are currently looking for a Delivery Specialist to join the team. In this role, you’ll provide benefits technology and data processing support to our Glo client portfolio, taking ownership of delivering client propositions and coordinating all associated client work accurately and on time.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering day-to-day support for benefits technology portals, including renewals, launches/changes, updates, and resolving client queries within agreed service levels.
Supporting Consultants and the wider client-facing team with technology services, data processing, reporting, and meeting preparation, while ensuring all work meets compliance, quality, and accuracy standards.
Building strong relationships with clients and providers through regular communication, providing ad-hoc support and thorough the understanding of their schemes.
Maintaining accurate internal systems and client records, share knowledge for effective cover, and contribute to best practice, continuous improvement, and developing wider employee benefits and market knowledge.
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in IT, Systems Management, Business Management or similar areas – whether it be previous employment experience or in higher education.
You will be managing your own diary & client portfolio, therefore excellent attention to detail with strong organisational, administrative and collaboration skills are essential to be successful in this role.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) are a must, as building strong, effective client relationships is a huge part of the role.
Experience working within the Employee Benefits industry or knowledge of how employee benefits operate is highly desirable but not essential for this role.
What You Will Get:
A competitive salary with a generous company benefits package.
Hybrid working from one of our many offices across the UK.
A collaborative and supportive working environment where you can develop your skills and build your career.
Why PIB Group?
