Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by representing the customer's perspective and ensuring that the product development aligns with their needs. This role requires actively shaping and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog, collaborating closely with the product team to maintain a clear focus on delivering value. Throughout the day, the Product Owner engages in continuous feedback cycles, validating ideas and adapting strategies to respond to evolving insights. This dynamic environment fosters a human-centered approach, where understanding and anticipating client requirements guide decision-making and product evolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Continuously evaluate product progress and adjust priorities to maximize value delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong skills in backlog management and sprint planning.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable user stories.
- Experience in facilitating feedback loops and iterative product development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
