Hourly Phone Screening Associate

## What you’ll do:

The Recruitment Coordinator provides recruitment support for hourly production hiring across North America. The role partners closely with recruiters to screen and evaluate applicants, coordinate interviews and hiring events, maintain accurate candidate records, and build talent pipelines. The position also supports requisition posting and sourcing activities while ensuring adherence to established recruiting processes and U.S. recruiting compliance requirements.

• Review and evaluate candidates against defined basic qualifications, dispositioning applicants appropriately and in accordance with U.S. recruiting compliance requirements.
• Conduct candidate phone screens using standardized questionnaires and accurately document screening results in Eightfold.
• Recommend qualified candidates for recruiter or hiring team review and coordinate interviews or hiring-event schedules as appropriate.
• Partner with North America recruiters to prioritize requisitions, address pipeline gaps, and provide input on candidate availability, qualifications, and compensation-related market feedback.
• Support requisition posting and administration in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established processes and quality standards.
• Support hiring events by proactively contacting candidates and coordinating onsite or offsite interview schedules.
• Source prospective candidates using appropriate external sourcing platforms, recruitment databases, professional networks, and other available channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for requisitions with low application volume or insufficient qualified applicants.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent recruitment experience.
• 2 or more years of experience in recruitment, preferably supporting high-volume, volume hiring, BPO/offshore recruitment, or a similar environment.
• Working knowledge of recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems or CRMs, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities.
• Willing and able to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and at the designated work location in Tanauan, Batangas.
