Overview
Join a high-growth healthcare AI startup building at the point of care—helping clinicians capture richer, more accurate documentation in real time while cutting the admin drag that burns people out. This is a true new-logo role: you’ll break into net-new health systems, build urgency the right way, and close complex enterprise deals that become long-term partnerships. Required Skills
- 5+ years closing enterprise deals in health IT / clinical AI / revenue cycle / health system SaaS (or similarly regulated markets)
- Track record landing net-new accounts with multi-threaded stakeholder groups
- Sharp discovery skills; can translate product value into outcomes executives care about
- Comfortable navigating procurement, legal, and long buying cycles; strong forecasting/CRM habits
- Builder mindset: proactive, scrappy, and energized by ambiguity
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with CDI, clinical documentation, ambient AI, or value-based care
- Familiarity with HCC risk adjustment, HEDIS, or revenue integrity workflows
- Existing relationships across clinical informatics, revenue cycle, or quality leadership
Preferred Education and Experience
- 5+ years enterprise sales; experience with $200K–$2M+ ACV opportunities and longer cycles
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel/meet customers where deals get done
