Role Overview
In this role, your key responsibility will be to identify, assess, and manage risks that impact our business operations and reputation. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, all while supporting our dedication to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to assess potential risks in professional services operations, including legal matters, engagements, and client relationships.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential operational, legal, and reputational risks, working closely with stakeholders for a comprehensive understanding of risk factors.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, policies, and procedures that align with industry best practices, legal requirements, and internal standards.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting our business, providing proactive guidance for compliance and risk avoidance.
- Participate in the review and negotiation of client contracts and engagements, identifying and addressing potential risk exposures in collaboration with legal and business teams.
- Assist in developing and executing risk management training and awareness programs for employees to enhance their understanding of risk-related issues and best practices.
- Support the incident management process by participating in investigations of incidents, breaches, or client complaints, analyzing root causes, and recommending actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to develop and maintain a robust risk register, tracking risks, mitigation efforts, and resolutions.
- Prepare regular risk management reports for senior management, offering insights into risk trends, mitigation efforts, and compliance status.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of risk management processes.
- Monitor changes in regulatory and compliance obligations across all jurisdictions, addressing areas of concern to the business.
- Participate in quality, process, and compliance reviews across Vialto.
Qualifications :
• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred Fields of Study: Law or any other related field
• Minimum Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experiences
• Certification(s) Required: Nil
