Monitor network administration and maintenance operations. Manage the design evolution of existing operational networks and resolve network incidents to ensure the smooth running of the network operation. Apply advanced skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

You Have:

• Experience with performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex system failures
• Experience providing on-site technical expertise for system operation, maintenance, and repair
• Experience with interfacing with engineering teams to resolve systemic and design-related issues
• Knowledge of developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
• Knowledge of operational readiness and system availability in support of mission requirements
• Knowledge of maintaining accurate technical documentation, logs, and reports
• TS/SCI clearance
• Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience with tactical mission networks, Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience with tactical mission networks, or 3+ years of experience with tactical mission networks in lieu of a degree

 

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET): Silvus, Persistent Systems, or Trellisware
• Experience with Tactical Local Area Network (TACLAN)
• Experience with Software Defined Network (SDN)
• Experience with Windows Tactical Assault Kit (WINTAK)
• Experience with Tactical Assault Kit (TAK)
• Experience with Tactical Radio Application eXtension (TRAX)
• Security+ Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
