Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the used vehicle sales team to exceed performance targets
• Manage and optimize pre-owned inventory, including purchasing, pricing, and merchandising
• Implement and monitor sales processes to ensure outstanding customer experiences
• Drive used vehicle sales growth while maintaining exceptional gross profit and turn rates
• Collaborate with other department managers to achieve dealership-wide objectives
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategy to stay ahead of the competition
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and dealership policies

Qualifications:

• Experience in acquisitions and increasing used car volume
• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in a high-volume dealership
• Experienced and knowledgeable with auction processes and management
• Demonstrated success in used vehicle operations, inventory management, and sales forecasting
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets
