Business Lead Compliance & Registrations

myHQ is India’s largest flexible workspace and commercial real estate platform, backed by ANAROCK and WeWork India. We serve 50,000+ enterprises, including Dream11, Swiggy and upGrad, with a comprehensive suite of workspace solutions spanning coworking, managed offices, virtual offices, on-demand desks and more. We’re now building our next big business: a full-stack compliance & business registration platform designed to become the go-to partner for the finance & legal teams of Indian enterprises. We’re looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial leader to build this business from the ground up. As the Business Lead, you’ll own the vision, shape the strategy, build the team and drive growth end to end. Think of it as a funded startup within myHQ - with the backing of an established platform, the freedom to build from scratch, and the opportunity to make it your own.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own the P&L. Build the business plan, pricing and unit economics, and grow this into a ₹100 Cr business over the next 4–5 years.

● Design the offering: company registrations (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC), GST, MCA and GST changes, annual compliance packages, licenses and legal documents.

● Build systems before headcount: SOPs, compliance calendars, SLAs and quality checks that let one professional handle hundreds of filings a month. ● Be automation- and AI-first. Work with a dedicated product and engineering pod to automate document collection, form pre-fill, reminders and status tracking, and plug into GST and income-tax APIs where they exist.

● Hire and lead the team: sales, operations and in-house CA/CS professionals, plus a panel of external CAs and lawyers for audits and bespoke work. ● Drive growth and marketing. Cross-sell into myHQ's virtual office funnel and customer base first, then build open-market channels (SEO, performance marketing, CA partnerships) with a budget you own.

● Protect trust. Own service quality and compliance risk, and keep NPS high in a category known for going quiet after payment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

● Qualified Chartered Accountant or Lawyer with 5–8 years in company law, GST, ROC filings or a compliance practice. CS is a plus.

● You've built something from scratch: your own practice, a startup's finance or compliance function, or a new service line at a firm.

● You think in systems and products, not cases.

● Comfortable with tech and AI tools, writing specs with engineers and reading dashboards.

● Commercially sharp. You can sell, price and negotiate, and you want to own a number.

● Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and a bias for action.

● Good to have: legal-tech, compliance-tech or fintech experience, and a network among CAs and founders.
