Houston (on-site) or Remote | No prior experience required

Our paid 12-month Development Program is for people with the attitude, curiosity and discipline to grow into capable consultants. You will receive training, coaching and supervised work on real client projects. Prior consulting or professional experience is not required.

You will get hands-on project experience, coaching from experienced practitioners, formal learning sessions and guided self-study. Responsibilities grow as you show capability. Program details
- Houston participants must live locally and be available for in-person learning and project work.
- Remote participants must be available for an agreed overlap with US business hours.
- This is a fixed-term program and a permanent role is not guaranteed. At 12 months, we review performance, learning progress, delivery quality and business needs, and strong performers may be offered a full-time role at Digineox.
What you will do
- Learn to analyze business problems, ask useful questions and develop practical solutions.
- Support client and internal projects through research, data analysis, process mapping and documentation.
- Help capture requirements, test solutions and prepare presentations and training materials.
- Build project management skills by tracking tasks, actions and deadlines and reporting progress.
- Learn how digital tools and AI can improve business processes and use them responsibly.
